CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 7-minute grace period. After that, I may not be able to complete the services you reserved. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience and to avoid overlapping with the next client’s appointment. Cancellations and all rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service fee. No show appointments will be charged 75% of the service and will not be able to book again until the fee is paid.
